Once again in 2016, the URSULA-KUHR-SCHOOL was the scene of Ford’s interview training for 9th graders. To get a head start with their job applications, 14 students participated in role-playing interviews. Goldita Nasta was a member of Ford’s team of 12 professionals working with the students. After the role-playing interviews, the students and their teachers received feedback. The students were also offered concrete tips to improve the resumés they had submitted to the Ford team members. The event was a great way to support the participants’ self-awareness and to boost their confidence. We thank Ms. Remmel-Heintzsch who organized the project with Ms. Ayan.
